Kansas City, Mo. – ER Marketing is privileged to receive a top Building Systems Council (BSC) Jerry Rouleau Award for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design, administered and judged by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), one of the largest trade associations in the U.S., representing the interests of home builders, developers, contractors and associated businesses.
The BSC Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing recognize the best digital marketing product and print advertisements in the industry that markets systems-built construction to consumers or a product/service to the building systems community.
ER Marketing received the top 2023 award for the agency’s magazine print work for its client, Feeney Inc. a cable railing manufacturer who focuses on the creation of innovative spaces where people live, work and play. The ad’s goals were to associate Feeney Inc. with architectural design and build awareness of the brand among architects and designers.
“It means a lot that the agency was recognized for its work, but more importantly, this campaign delivered results,” Elton Mayfield, ER Marketing’s president and co-founder, said. “It’s rewarding when ad effectiveness and creativity dovetail and create this kind of win and recognition.”
NAHB offers opportunities for builders, remodelers and other housing industry professionals to highlight their work and accomplishments throughout the year through multiple industry-centric awards. This award, ER Marketing’s project in the category Print Advertising, will be presented during the Offsite Construction Awards luncheon during the Building Systems Housing Summit, Oct. 15-17 in Washington, D.C., which is home to the NAHB’s national headquarters.
